1. Licensing Rights

Upon purchase, Diginite Store grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased digital product (templates, ebooks, spreadsheets, courses, software, etc.) subject to the following conditions:

• Personal & Commercial Use Permitted: You may use and modify the product for your own projects or for paying clients.
• Resale Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or re-package the original source files, templates, or content as a standalone product or as part of another digital product store.
• Attribution: Attribution is not required but appreciated.
• Single Seat: Unless explicitly stated as a "Team" or "Multi-seat" license, each purchase grants rights to a single user only.

2. Digital Goods Delivery

All products sold by Diginite Store are digital files delivered electronically. Upon successful payment verification by Stripe:

• A secure download link will be presented on the checkout success page.
• An order confirmation email containing your download access tokens will be sent to your billing email address.
• Files will be accessible at any time via your personal account vault at /account.

You are responsible for maintaining your own secure backup copies of downloaded files. Diginite Store is not liable for file loss on your device.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Diginite Store and its products, you agree that you will not:

• Share, pirate, or distribute purchased download links or files publicly or privately with non-purchasing users.
• Use products for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer any software or code products beyond what is permitted by the applicable open-source license.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or other users' accounts.
• Impersonate Diginite Store or create competing products substantially derived from our catalog.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD by default. Localized currency approximations are provided for convenience only; your card may be charged in USD. Diginite Store reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Purchases are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Diginite Store , including product designs, descriptions, marketing copy, and website code , is the intellectual property of Diginite Store or its content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our website content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Diginite Store products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Results from using our templates, guides, or courses may vary based on individual skill, effort, and market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diginite Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Diginite Store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
